With this functionality you will be able to either cancel your back order or request an alternative. Please follow the instructions below depending on what you would prefer to do: I want to cancel back order line(s) and don't need alternative(s) 1. Find the lines(s) in the back order list 2. Tick the box(es) to the right of the product(s) (headed "tick to cancel") 3. Press "Update" button 4. A message will appear at the top of the page to say your request has been sent 5. Your request will be actioned and the lines will be removed from your back order list I want to cancel back order line(s) AND request alternative(s) 1. Find the line(s) in the back order list 2. Type the alternative pip code or full product name and brand into the "Alternative Product" box(es) 3. Tick the box(es) to the right of the product(s) (headed "tick to cancel") 4. Press "Update" button 5. A message will appear at the top of the page to say your request has been sent 6. Your request will be actioned, the line(s) will be removed from your back order list and the alternative(s) will be ordered for you 7. You will be contacted if there are any issues with the alternative product(s) you have requested I want to keep my back ordered line(s) on back order but want to request alternative(s) for now 1. Find the line(s) in the back order list 2. Type the alternative pip code(s) or full product name(s) and brand(s) into the "Alternative Product" box(es) 3. Do not tick the box to the right of the product (headed "tick to cancel") 4. Press "Update" button 5. A message will appear at the top of the page to say your request has been sent 6. Your request will be actioned, and the alternative(s) will be ordered for you. 7. You will be contacted if there are any issues with the alternative product(s) you have requested I want to be able to send requests for multiple lines at once without having to press "Update" button on each line You can tick products or type alternatives for multiple products and then when you have finished, press "Cancel Selected Backorders" (top right) I have changed my mind about a back ordered line I have cancelled or an alternative I have requested Please call Customer Services on 0844 736 9016 or email them at customer.services@mawdsleys.co.uk |
